Online music therapy, within a person-centred approach, can provide valid mental health support for vulnerable patients, in a safe and confidential space, helping them to overcome difficulties or specific problems they're dealing with.

During online music therapy, you are in a relationship with a therapist with which you can freely express yourself without being judged. Amongst other activities, you can interact together musically through sing/play along, creating playlists for mood support or listening together to favourite songs or music, using songwriting techniques to promote self-expression. 

The costs for online sessions are the same as for in-person music therapy. The online sessions request a computer or a smartphone, with an internet connection. Normally Stephen uses Zoom or Skype.
