Music Therapy Sessions

Every person is unique, and Stephen's music therapy sessions are person-centred based and tailored to the client's need and interests, providing an inclusive and supportive environment.

Stephen offers 1 on 1 and group music therapy sessions in client’s homes, schools and care homes. Therapeutic goals and objectives are developed and agreed upon between the music therapist and the client/caregiver.

Sound healing sessions

Stephen offers sound healing meditations in a safe and calming environment. All aspects of these moments are intended to provide you with a deeply relaxing and renewing experience. The sound and vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for emotional healing in combination with deep breathing, visualization, and mindfulness meditation, a combination of healing methods which becomes a catalyst for emotional and psychological healing.

Educational Workshops

In his practice, Stephen regularly provides music therapy seminars for care homes staff, resident's relatives and whoever is interested, in order to increase awareness and knowledge of music therapy. The seminars are particularly important for the carers, in order to involve them actively in the music therapy activities.
